phloor _ a collection of plugins for Elgg

Enables the core phloor environment. It provides basic functionalities, classes and views for all current and future phloor plugins. The plugin itself does nothing - at least no visible changes.

This plugin has to be above all other phloor plugins. phloor plugins that use such functionality will declare this plugin as requirement.

The phloorFramework is undergoing heavy development at the moment - so make sure you come back every once in a while to check for the latest release. (This is due to new/updated phloor plugins that need special functionality which is pulled into the framework when it is useful for other plugins too. An update of the phloorFramework most likely is caused by an update of one or more other phloor plugins).
